Safely operating overhead cranes power tools and other shop equipment. Must-Have Qualifications Basic experience in a fabrication shop. Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools. Basic reading and writing skills for shop communications. Proficiency in using a tape measure and reading shop drawings. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.
