This position requires a keen eye for detail and proficiency with tools as you will be responsible for assembling various components according to technical specifications. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for growth and stability within our organization.Responsibilities Build air-cooled heat exchangers using basic hand tools. Read and interpret blueprints accurately to assemble components. Operate overhead cranes plasma cutters grinders and forklifts safely and effectively. Assemble condensers boxes and coils for heat and air exchange units. Perform general tube pushing and assist with other shop duties as required. Conduct quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Skills Required Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Familiarity with measuring tools including tape measures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Team-oriented with strong communication skills. Job Order 119123
