This role requires proficiency in various welding techniques and the ability to read blueprints accurately.Responsibilities Perform MIG TIG and or Stick welding on box headers and related components. Ensure all welds meet company standards and specifications for quality and safety. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute precise welding tasks. Work with various materials and welding techniques to complete projects as required. Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and resolve any issues. Must-Have Qualifications Experience with MIG TIG and Stick welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. Strong understanding of materials and welding processes. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
