Perform welding tasks using MIG and Flux Core processes ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. Identify and troubleshoot issues in the welding process to minimize scrap rework and downtime. Ensure that all repair work meets aesthetic and functional standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively regarding project status and challenges. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment. Document and report any defects or issues in materials and processes to management. Skills Required Proven experience as a structural welder preferably with MIG and Flux Core welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high quality standards. Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a welding environment. Job Order 114194
