Fintube OperatorPay 24 HR (Based on Experience)Hours Nights 5 PM - 3 30 AMJob Type Temp to HireLocation Catoosa OklahomaJob Description We re seeking an experienced Fintube Operator with at least 5 years of experience operating a McElroy finning machine. If you have a strong background in finning operations and a commitment to quality we want to hear from you Responsibilities Set up and operate finning machines to wrap or embed fin strip material on tubes for the construction of fintubes. Read blueprints planning sheets and technical data to determine tooling requirements and setup procedures. Mount align and secure pans in the machine adjusting settings for speed feed and coolant flow. Monitor machine operation for malfunctions adjusting feed and speed to meet specifications. Feed tubes into the machine connect them using tube connectors and continue the finning process. Verify tube dimensions using gauges calipers and rulers to ensure conformance to specifications. Stop the machine to change setup or measure parts for accuracy. Perform routine maintenance and clean the machine tooling and parts. Mount finning strip rolls using an overhead crane. Must-Have Qualifications At least 5 years of experience operating a McElroy finning machine. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical data. Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
