This role requires a skilled welder who can interpret blueprints and execute precise welding techniques.Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints to layout and assemble header components accurately. Fit and weld parts using Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) processes. Position align and tack-weld components to secure parts for final welding. Set up welding equipment based on material type and job specifications to ensure efficient operation. Conduct inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and resolve any issues that arise during the welding process. Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to all safety regulations. Must-Have Qualifications Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics for layout and assembly. Demonstrated experience with SMAW GMAW and or GTAW welding processes. Ability to position align and fit components correctly for welding. Experience in setting up welding equipment for different material types. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Job Code 114380
