(Based on experience)Hours Day ShiftJob type Temp Position (4-6 months with a possibility to go perm)Location Catoosa Oklahoma Job Brief We are seeking a Facilities Technician to oversee maintenance tasks conduct repairs and ensure the safety and functionality of all facility systems. This role requires a hands-on individual who can navigate maintenance systems perform equipment inspections and ensure smooth facility operations.Responsibilities Manage and use the maintenance CMMS system for accurate tracking and reporting. Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC electrical systems generators and other facility equipment. Troubleshoot building infrastructure to maintain optimal system functionality. Ensure compliance with LOTO procedures and Red Tag Permit Instructions. Perform monthly inspections on production equipment and replace parts as necessary. Collaborate with building management on facility renovations and improvements. Report maintenance metrics to management and coordinate inspections with department managers. Travel to various locations within the Port to carry out maintenance tasks. Skills Required Proficient in navigating and managing the maintenance CMMS system. Experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems electrical systems and generators. Knowledge of LOTO procedures and Red Tag Permit Instructions for safety compliance. Valid driver s license for travel within the Port area. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
