MVP is an opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for transportation public service and the leadership to explore and make an impact at NCDMV. You will be a key player working on mission-critical projects programs and gaining experience in our industry-leading initiatives operations and management on our Vehicle Services School Bus & Traffic Safety team. In this role you will Learn customer service skills to deliver excellence to the public in vehicle registration. Develop your technical skills to process customer requests using our STARS program. Learn to exam titles registrations and identification documents to detect fraud altered or suspicious items and manage payments. Inspect title and registration documents to ensure they are executed according to NC General Statutes and that fees are collected adjusted according to the statutes. Learn to research and respond to transactions such as title records cancellations address changes requests for certified records real estate mobile home cancellations and general inquiries correspondence.
