What is hysterolaparoscopy?

Hysterolaparoscopy is a minimally invasive procedure that combines two techniques: Laparoscopy: Inserting a small camera through a tiny abdominal incision to view the pelvic structures — the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and uterus. Hysteroscopy: Inserting a small telescope through the cervix to directly visualize the uterine chamber. Together, these enable the clinician to identify abnormalities such as uterine septa, fibroids, scar tissue, or tubal blockages — all factors that can contribute to infertility.
