Since steam is the preferred medium for heat transfer in a large portion of industry, we at KERONE specialize in producing long-lasting and high-quality steam coils. Moving steam from the heater to the place of use is easy and cost-effective, and when it accumulates, it loses a lot of its energy at a constant temperature. With steam, procedure control is rapid and easy, and there is essentially no downtime. Applications requiring an entrance temperature of 55 degrees or above are suited for standard steam coils. Our coils have pitched-in casing choices for rapid condensate drainage and can be built for a range of steam pressures. Low temperature applications with entering air temperatures of 55 degrees or lower are the focus of non-freeze stream coils. Eliminating condensation is a top objective during the design and production phases. These coils include a single header, a tube-within-a-tube arrangement, and baffles that allow condensation to be ejected from the outer tube while steam is directed through the inner tube. For both regular steam and steam appropriation coils, inverse end designs are available. For any funneling configuration, we can provide the appropriate coil. A tube-inside-a-tube design is not required for these coils.
