Key Responsibilities: Maximize the potential of large language models (LLMs) to produce high-quality outputs, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand voice, tone, and guidelines. Consistently experiment with various prompt versions to identify the best results and maintain consistency across tasks. Design inputs for chatbots, articles, images, and code with a deep understanding of context windows, token limits, syntax, and semantics. Develop and improve a collection of AI prompts to help marketing teams quickly generate high-quality, consistent content for campaigns and communications. Translate natural language into clear, structured prompts to guide AI models in producing actionable, business-ready outputs. Test AI models to identify and reduce hallucinations and biases, ensuring fair, safe, and brand-aligned outputs. Create and organize structured documentation and tutorials to explain AI best practices and ensure effective, consistent use of AI tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field. Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI/ML basics, NLP, context windows, token limits, and model limitations. Proven experience in prompt engineering or similar AI/ML roles. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable prompts.
