Main job functions include service sales order processing logistics management and fulfillment skills. Essential Job Responsibilities Answer phones and provide customer support advice and guidance on photography and computer tablet technology accessories. Enter all customer orders into back-end system. Process orders and prepare materials for shipping. Accept process and reconcile all purchase orders. Tasks & Duties Learn and keep abreast of specific details for all company products Cover phone lines for in-coming customer support line Answer questions assist customers with all phone and online purchases. Provide quotes and estimates for custom orders corporate and education clients. Process dealer purchase orders address price and stock questions. Prepare all paperwork and customs documents for international shipments Participate in quarterly inventory process Provide feedback from customers to web developer product designers social media and marketing team as needed.
