Come out and support our Girl Scout Troop 30430 as they prepare to graduate after 12 years or more of scouting. They want to go on a big trip and our parents are supporting their cause with a Giant Basket and Quarter Auction. With more than 90 baskets it is going to be a blast. Tickets are 25 in advance 30 at the door. It includes hot cold appetizers drinks 1 sheet of basket auction tickets and everything you need for the 13 quarter auction games except quarters. (we recommend you bring a roll or two). If you buy 10 tickets (a table) you will get 1 extra sheet of basket auction tickets for FREE and a table reserved for your group. Event is November 16th. Doors open at 6 30 p.m. Held at Winslow Manor 55 Hall Rd Winslow Township (just off Rt. 73). Quarter auction is something cool and new (got the idea from some of my friends down south). You get a paddle a cup and 13 chips all with your unique number on them. Super easy to play. Caller will describe the item for bid then he will tell you how many quarters you have to bid. Example - Vera Bradley Weekender Bag worth 140 - Bid will be 6 quarters. If you want to bid put 6 quarters in your cup place one chip in front of your cup and raise your paddle. We will collect bids and chips. Chips will be mixed up and one winner will be drawn. Just a fun and different twist on the basket auction. These 13 will be larger baskets. There will be 2 bonus games for the quarter auction for larger items. Chips will sell for 2 and bid will not exceed 6 quarters. Extra basket auction sheets are 5 ea or 3 for 10. Extra quarter auction kits are 7.
