There is AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room. The living room sofa couch opens up to sleep 2. There are restaurants shops a bank and a small market close by. There is a wonderful on-site staff to assist with sightseeing activities and all reservations. The seahouse has updated furnishings and is well-maintained. Your unused weeks can be rented directly to Oasis Marigot management company or bank with RCI for other wonderful vacations. Closing cost and transfer fees can be shared by buyer and seller. This is a deeded property and Maintenance fee s are approximately 558.00 per week. You get 2 weeks in High Season and 3 weeks in Low Season to use rent or trade into RCI.
