Reiki means universal life energy . It is an ancient healing method that compliments your natural energy flow. There is an energy force in and around the body of all living things. By the use of Reiki it can offer healing vitality and other benefits to the receiver.I have been practicing Reiki Master for over a year now. I started out in Reiki share groups where I was able to learn from very skilled practitioners. During a Reiki session I enjoy using sound therapy with drums didgeridoos shakers and other instruments to create the environment for healing. There is little to no physical touch during the session.
