Job DescriptionGigglesWorld an established adult online offline commerce company seeks experienced and skilled IT Assistants. These positions require Team Players only. Knowledge of website development database management and social media techniques is a requirement. All IT Assistants must possess strong communication skills in order to communicate effectively with business owners and managers. Must have skills in Excel Online Marketplaces and ecommerce software. Must be able to adapt quickly and efficiently. The experienced IT Department is responsible for developing and maintaining e-commerce sites all aspects of database management and social media efforts. Responsibilities will include working with internal teams and outside vendors to maintain and improve website and database functionality and accuracy tracking search engine performance and progress prioritizing workload for Department and providing detailed reports to management. MS Office experience required. This is an In-House Full-Time position only. Offices are located in Fishkill NY.Job Requirements Understanding of technical and web development principles. Define project scope timetables and budgets in close collaboration with management. Track and report on department progress to management. Execution of and measuring the success of online marketing efforts specifically in regards to search campaigns and internet advertising campaigns. Continually evaluate and improve effectiveness of online promotions affiliates and partnerships. Collaborate with internal team to develop and maintain projects. Ensure internal procedures are met with consistency and accuracy. Experience in management principles methods and techniques. Participate in continual technical and professional training and development. Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry-related media. Proven organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to develop and complete projects with minimal supervision in a timely fashion. Experience in written communication a must.
