Job Summary Kaleidoscope Family Solutions Inc provides community work and home based services to children with behavioral developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our team partners with family members and existing providers to create individualized goals allowing the team to help improve the life experiences of the people we serve. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HBTS worker to work with children in Providence RI area. Staff are required to help these children by increasing language and communication skills improving attention to tasks enhancing imitation generalizing social behaviors developing independence skills decreasing aggression or other maladaptive behaviors and improving learning and problem solving skills (e.g. organization conflict resolution and relaxation training). Staff will be expected to work under the supervision of a licensed clinician as with the entire team.
