Broadway.com is looking for Full Time Call Center Representatives for their Sales and Service Center located in Louisville KY. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls from guests looking to purchase tickets and get information on Broadway and off Broadway shows. This position also assists with outbound courtesy calls to existing guests answering emails and fulfilling mailings. Prior customer service experience and a passion for theatre preferred. Must have a positive attitude patience and desire to assist guests and deliver outstanding customer service excellent communication skills (verbal written and interpersonal) be computer literate (Microsoft Office) be able to multi-task work in a fast paced often hectic environment and be part of a Team. This is a 40 hours a week positions with benefits however scheduled work hours vary by week as we are a 7 day a week operation. Nights and Weekends must be available. Background Check Required.
