Data Entry Specialist Contract position Full time 8 30 AM to 5 00 PM Monday through Friday Enter data from source documents into designated database for storage processing and integration. Prepare compile and sort source documents for data entry prioritize data to be input. Check source documents for accuracy verifies data and corrects as needed. Obtain further information for incomplete documents. Update records and delete unnecessary files records. Accesses information from a computer and or maintains a computer database. Enters data for envelopes labels form letters and correspondence. Formats and produce documents. Detects and correct errors. Uses word processing spreadsheet database or other software on a computer. Can also use basic office equipment (including a photocopy machine facsimile machine binding machine etc.) and has the ability to follow instructions. Experience or Educational Requirements Ability to Read and interpret written material including the recognition of technical terms. Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel. Answer inbound phone calls when needed. At least 1 year of customer service experience.
