Xtreme Manufacturing is looking for a Receiver who handles and processes stock in a warehouse environment. The primary duty is to maintain an efficient flow of material which might involve documenting storing locating and distributing stock within the warehouse depending on the specific needs of the business. Incentive Package includes Competitive pay Paid Vacation Paid Holidays 401k Retirement Plan Benefits after the first of the month following 60 days will include Medical Dental Vision & Life Supplemental Insurance Options Available Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt Unload packages from incoming trucks Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity quality) Contact Buyer and Quality Control if a mistake is identified Assume responsibility for of all documentation turned in or emailed to receiving of delivered goods services Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place Ensure invoices are signed for satisfactory deliveries Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control Maintains clean and orderly work areas. Keeps senior management informed on all pertinent information related to Warehouse and reports any irregularities or problems as they occur Perform other jobs related duties as assigned Qualifications Proven experience as receiving clerk or similar position Experience in operating forklifts Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data Solid understanding of safety regulations Basic math and recording abilities Excellent organizational skills Ability to assists the Warehouse management staff with any duties related to the Warehouse Ability to perform a variety of duties related to the successful operation of the warehouse this includes duties in shipping receiving deliveries picking packing locating and inventory Great communication and interpersonal abilities Keen eye for detail Good physical condition Work varied shifts including weekends Must be able to read write and speak English Must be able to pass drug test and background check Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record at time of job offer (current within 15 days) Please apply directly through our website at s www.xmfg.com company-careers
