Our software products focus on Payroll Human Resources Benefits Management Billing and Accounting.We are seeking an experienced Payroll Support Specialist professional to join our team. This position works both independently and as part of a team. This position is responsible for supporting training troubleshooting consulting and assisting clients using our software.Job Description This is a payroll support position. You will be working with the internal payroll application aspects of support including payroll setup and processing for multiple clients along with billing components setup and some accounting fundamentals.Basic Microsoft SQL Server Citrix data related issues basic network and environment issues as well as basic technical support. You will be responsible for working with our ASP environment clients running Citrix and our clients with their Microsoft SQL Server and product or data related issues.Responsibilities Support clients on daily usage of our software focusing on application-related subjects Help troubleshoot payroll problems and find resolutions Assist with product testing Assist other team members with resolution Requirements 3 years of payroll processing experience Previous support in a Microsoft Windows and Windows Server environments Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is preferred but not required Previous Payroll and or Accounting background is preferred Strong business process analysis skills with the ability to translate requirements into solutions Candidates must have A Customer Service Oriented attitude Initiative to be a self-starter and require minimal management and direction Ability to multi-task and expand previous levels of knowledge Willingness to learn and continue to improve Organization skills Written and oral communication skills Job Type Full-timeJob Location Cincinnati OH Required education High school or equivalent Required experience Payroll Processing 3 years MS Dynamics or Great Plains 1 year Please send resume (in word ) and job title that you are applying for to john.simien(at)outlook.comThanks
