Town Hall Estates is looking for a compassionate energetic MDS Coordinator to work in our Medicaid Medicare certified Skilled Nursing Center. The primary qualifications of this position will be Current licensure in nursing. RN Written and verbal communications skills in English as business necessity. Administrative and organizational ability and skills. Current certification in CPR required Two years nursing experience in long term care preferred. RAI MDS experience preferred. Basic computer proficiency The primary responsibilities will be Coordinates the MDS resident assessment process in accordance with RAI guidelines Ensures the Interdisciplinary Team completes the MDS Assessment in a timely manner. Provides training with CNAs on ADL documentation and monitors for completion Completes the LTCMI for residents as needed and promptly in accordance with current federal state and local standards guidelines and regulations that govern our facility.Desired candidate will have an understanding of Skilled Nursing facility regulations and Board of Nursing practices.
