Clinical Instructor Communication Sciences and Disorders

The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Oklahoma State University invites applicants for an 11-month (with the possibility of renewal pending availability of funding) Clinical Instructor position to begin January 16 2018 through December 15 2018. Responsibilities The assignment includes supervising graduate and undergraduate student-clinicians in the Oklahoma State University Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic on the OSU Stillwater campus. Salary is 54 428 to be paid in 11 installments. A successful candidate should be willing to teach or supervise from a multicultural perspective and should be willing to mentor ethnically and racially underrepresented students. Qualifications Applicants should hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association as well as hold (or be eligible for) licensure by the Oklahoma Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Clinical supervisory experience is preferred as well as diverse work experiences across the age span and in a variety of different settings but will consider substantial clinical experience.
