Akron Ohio Manufacturer is seeking an Electrician Machine Wirer Panel Builder to perform machine wiring run conduit mount junction boxes and technical assembly of industrial machinery working from machine wiring diagrams blueprints & schematics.REQUIREMENTSHigh School graduate with Associate degree or technical school certificate is preferred Read wiring diagrams schematics & install conduit and interconnecting wiring between the control panels and the junction boxes. Wire motors solenoids sensors valves and switches as necessary. Past electrical and mechanical machine assembly experience to include point to point wiring drilling and tapping holes mounting brackets wire motors solenoids sensors valves and switches Must have own basic tools (screwdrivers socket set wrenches wire cutters...) Technical assembly experience of industrial machinery working from machine wiring diagrams blueprints & schematics Ability to install conduit and interconnecting wiring between the control panels and the junction boxes Some mechanical assembly drill and tap mount junction boxes and wire rails conduit Must have own basic tools (screwdrivers socket set wrenches wire cutters...) Any experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus Machine testing experience a plus Knowledge experience measuring and working with high and low voltage machine power and controls is a plus Familiar with electrical test equipment (volt ohm current meter) is preferred Past experience loading and testing programs is preferred Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Pay Range 17.00 - 23.00 HR Permanent Position with Benefits.
