Conduct visual inspections & micrometer readings to ensure product meets proper requirements. Inspect products (In-process and finished) to ensure that they meet all quality requirements. Must be confident to shut down production any time deficient product is found during inspection. Complete all necessary documentation for each inspection completed. Identify record and take corrective action on defective products as specified per ISO procedures. Communicate with QIP Supervisor Production Supervisor Maintenance to correct cup defects. Maintain files in a neat & orderly manner including scanned & paper copies. Provide an emailed report to QIP Supervisor at the end of the shift with all pertinent information from the production of the shift. FG PRODUCTION TICKETS10. Record each pallet of FG production on the Production Log daily in accordance with LHB procedures.11. Place a glow dot on each pallet of product that is produced daily.GENERAL12. Adhere to the Lighthouse safety plan by utilizing safe workplace practices and reporting all injuries accidents near misses emergencies and safety hazards.13. Perform all duties in a professional relationship-building manner. 14. Perform other duties as assigned by applicable Supervisor.JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education High School Diploma GED required. Special Knowledge Must read write clearly and perform basic math. Must have sufficient computer skills to operate Microsoft Office programs. Must be organized & have attention to detail. Able to work proficiently with little to no supervision. Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task. Experience Quality experience will be considered. All other experience will be considered. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Physical Able to perform duties as required by department and function. Must have sufficient visual acuity to detect minor defects in both cup formation & print quality. Able to travel throughout the facility to safely and effectively manage all work responsibilities breaks and emergency evacuations with or without a reasonable accommodation. Able to manage all self-care needs and activities of daily living as required to support successful employment with or without a reasonable accommodation.
