I have a room on the second story of my home for rent. 550 per month includes use of kitchen laundry. utilities and tv internet It is furnished except for a tv. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping I 55 and not far from Nissan. I will consider a mom and one small child. I do have children here M-F from 8 until 6. So if you work nights this may not be a ideal situation. I also have a no smoking loud scents no candle and no animal policy. I have hemiplegic migraines and the scents are out. I am also highly allergic to animals.
