I have a very large bedroom on the second story of my home for rent. Pretty much a private bath. It is furnished but has room for a recliner or love seat. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and I55. Not too far from Nissan. Use of laundry and kitchen. Also have a deck on the back to grill. prefer a individual but Will accept a mom and 1 child there is room for a toddler bed twin bed or crib. I also have children here from M-F from 8 until 6 so if you work nights it might not be a ideal situation. message me for a number and I can answer questions. One thing is my property is smoke free inscense free candle free and little to no sprays and due to severe allergies animal free. .
