The Operations Business Process Analyst is responsible for operationalizing established LaCare policy decisions that impact the corporate-wide and local plan operations including processes that are created transformed or eliminated as a result of statutory changes new business acquisitions or process improvement efforts within LaCare or via company-side enterprise operations. This position will support the Executive Director and Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs with interactions and correspondence with state agencies such as DHH.
