Very Nice Riding Easy Going and Well Mannered Tennessee Walking

He is a 9yr old 16.1 hand tall Champagne Tennessee Walking Horse Gelding. This guy is a very very nice riding easy going & so well mannered boy. He is very elegant graceful & smooth gaited. Sterling has been owned by the same family since he was 2yrs old and was only sold due to wife being ill and I have both of their horses. He is nicely trained and parks out for mounting direct reins knows outside leg cues stops on a dime and listens to all commands. The neatest thing about Sterling is how he reads his rider...if he has someone on his back that wants to get up and go he moves out faster if he has a beginner on his back that wants to ride slower he takes slower steps and moves out at a much slower pace. If I were to be in a bad situation on the trail he is definitely the horse I would want to be on. He handles scary situations by never loosing his head and his spook amounts to a flinch of his body. If it is an iffy situation he tucks his butt and just walks on past. Sterling will really take care of his rider and worries about your safety as much as his own. This is a smart and sensible boy and he is so sweet natured. I guarantee he does not have a mean bone in his body and wouldn t even know what the word means He has the wonderfully smooth ride the brains and the perfect mannerism.
