Hello I am seeking someone to take over my apartment lease for the 2018-2019 year I live at the Gateway apartments which is only a few blocks from UNT. The bus for UNT stops right at gateway and runs all day. My room has 1 bed 1bath kitchen living room patio and storage room. There is 2 total bedrooms so yes you would have a roommate The apartment is also furnished My current roomate is moving out so it would be vacant for either you or the apartment office to find someone to live with you My lease includes rent at 709 month which is 30 cheaper if you signed a new lease.
