Our client a progressive fast-paced award-winning commercial and residential construction company located near Concord NH is seeking an experienced Estimator. Responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates managing the RFP process estimating and developing the scope of work. Work as part of the team to prepare bid packages and written proposals. Obtain subcontractor and vendor pricing and services and develop project schedules. Must have strong communication organization analytical math and computer skills (MS Office MS Project Bluebeam On-Screen Takeoff). Timberline software experience or equivalent. Must be self-motivated detail-oriented and flexible with a dedication to the team environment and client satisfaction. Must have a strong understanding of construction operations and technologies project management design construction code and technologies. Must be able to read A minimum of three years experience in commercial and residential construction estimating is required. Competitive salary and benefits package. Local candidates only.
