Cleaning rentalssale house inside and out

Dear Sir Madam My name is Mary and I would like to offer my service to you if interested. I am looking for individuals who have rental properties (also selling) I would like to assist with cleaning it up before renting it out to another couple family or individual. From my experience I noticed unfortunately not all tenants leave the premises as they should. The things I ve seen is just horrific or it can simply just be messy. I would like to offer my service at an affordable rate to clean the property inside and outside. It will be presentable by the time I am through with it. At this time I am only doing Hampton Roads surrounding area. (Newport News Yorktown Williamsburg Hampton etc.) A little bit about me. I worked as a caregiver for 10 years and after that paralegal for 3 which I am still currently doing. When I am not working I volunteer to help clean the community help the Hampton Police Department and help local churches if need be. I enjoy helping others and making the community a cleaner and safer place. And I am fortunate enough where my children also enjoy volunteering as well.
