CAD Technician
Our client a progressive fast-paced award-winning commercial and residential construction company located near Concord NH is seeking a CAD technician. Responsible for reviewing and visiting job sites to obtain measurement specifications and other data required producing associated drawings schematics and maps designing floor plans elevations and renderings. Must have a minimum of three years of related experience using AutoCAD Revit and Chief Architect in commercial and or residential construction. Must be self-motivated with solid communication and computer (MS Office Bluebeam). Timberline and Takeoff software knowledge is a plus. Must have knowledge and understanding of design code and construction technologies. Competitive salary and benefits package. Local candidates only. No relocation.
