Paramount Drywall INC is looking for a construction superintendent for a busy drywall company located in Miramar Beach. Minimum of 5 years experience is required or knowledge of the skilled trade. A superintendent is a craftsman with an extensive skill and experience level able to manage job sites with multiple employees and contractors. We are looking for a skilled craftsman with experience on how to effectively complete projects on time and stays within budget. We want someone who can move quickly and effectively to get the job done. Job Duties Include .Ensure that the most appropriate techniques and practices are employed in the installation of all jobs to reduce costs without compromising safety and quality. Assure installation in accordance with plans and specifications. Schedule labor and material on contracts secured. Maintain control of contracts-in-progress Awareness of contract requirements which may affect labor schedule productivity or safety Attends weekly meetings and reports the status of all contracts-in-progress recognize and report any deviations from plans and specifications and assist in pricing Ensure that the construction project meets or exceeds the expected quality of the customer
