Special needs dog

Looking for a new home for my alpha blue blood bulldog bully breed. He is around 4 years old needs to be socialized he is scared of strangers and new or different surroundings and things. He even gets scared of me and my husband at times and will not listen at times Will not walk on leash. Neutered but needs current shots. Weighs probably 100 lb. Is not aggressive in any way likes small dogs not sure about big dogs are cats. I got him about 2 years ago and he was this way when we got him off of Craigslist has not really improved that much he seems to be happy at times but most of the time he seems sad and depressed. Need someone that can try to train him or do some kind of rehab with him. No health problems that I am aware of just wanting to give him a home for that reason only because he doesn t seem to be happy and I don t know what to do anymore. 940-782-1860. Thanks
