1954 Northland Coach 16 Canned Ham Style Travel Trailer READY T

My wife and I purchased this trailer from a restorer because it had good bones and we wanted a project. We replaced all of the paneling from the bed area thru the ceiling and up to the dining area insulated the roof and reinforced the cross studs with heavy gauge metal braces that run the width of the ceiling this was so it would withstand the snow load where we had it parked. Everything from the dining area to the sleeping area has been secured caulked where needed and freshly painted. We left the dining area in its original state and finish because we were not sure what we wanted to do with it. The trailer was parked yearround in the mountain area of San Diego thru the rain and snow and it never leaked water anywhere. The exterior is pretty close to original as best as I can tell. It has all of the dents scratches dings and damage that you would expect on a 49 year old trailer. Call Text (at) (917) 266-8041
