Local Outage Laborers Environmental Field Technicians Needed Training Available Overtime available....temp-to-hire positions JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking hard working motivated Environmental Labor Technicians that are eager and willing to learn and expand their skill set If you are a self-motivated individual that would be willing to train to become a Water Blaster or Vac Truck Operator Trillium Environmental is interested in you as we have a variety of outage jobs available This is a temp-to-hire position. CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL - Traveling expenses will not be covered for this opportunity REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS 2-3 years of experience in a similar role Arrive at job site on time properly groomed mentally alert and physically able to work. The ability to work effectively with individuals all organizational levels manage work flow handle interruptions and work within a fast paced environment with changing tasks. Works in various temperatures indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions including extreme heat and cold while wearing various levels of personal protective equipment. Works extended hours with the understanding that in emergency response situations these periods can extend beyond 8 hours up to 12-24 hrs. -Because of the emergency response and operational nature of the position. Requires the ability to properly wear and use personal respirator equipment and other forms of personal protective equipment (PPE) Must be clean shaven for respiratory use. Must be at least 18 years of age Able to pass pre-employment drug test Ability to bend stoop squat sit and maneuver in confined spaces.
