looking for a rental house in Fort Worth Tx by individual

We are looking to rent a single famiy house in Fort Worth Tx. Relocating from Lubbock Tx to Fort Worth. Would like to rent 3-4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. It will be me and my fiance no children. Willing to pay up to 1500 per month plus deposit. Can pay first and last month rent. Fiance gets monthly income and is self employed. I am moving to get into nursing school. We will explain why we want to rent from an individual upon request. Need w& d hook-ups have own rerigerator. need gas for cooking. If property has less than 2 bathrooms it would be okay. No realtors or Property Management companies please. Would like to be able to pay money and move in. No hassles one year lease. Would like to be moved in by April 1. or sooner if possible
