We are looking for a Senior IT Manager with expertise on the area of Financial Services - Investment Management Information Technology - IT Project Management. This position is responsible for the delivery of projects and ongoing application technology or process support for the Lending Information Technology area. The position will be responsible for multiple operations functions technologies processes and projects in the Lending Point of Sale Operations. Requirements 5 to 7 years of experience data processing experience with progression through technical and analyst or equivalent levels to management. This includes three years of experience in the direction of systems development. Excellent leadership communication and presentations skills. Management Experience Required. Minimum Education - Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience. Responsibilities This person will operate largely independently in meeting their defined objectives and goal responsible for communicating all team activities project status and operational performance metrics for their area of responsibility. This person will develop & manage budgets plans and resources to provide applications systems technologies services education for a defined Business Area or all employees and in some cases affiliated companies. Oversee one or many project teams as needed to support Business Area or Company projects and requests. Ensure that the technical and functional results are delivered as agreed upon with the project sponsors. Responsible for coordinating with staff across the IT organization to ensure successful delivery of project activity. Accountable for overseeing successful completion of all non-project work activities (regulatory changes enhancements break fix maintenance etc.) as required supporting SLAs and functional needs of one or many Business Areas or the Company. Develop and manage to operational budgets and plans. Develop and maintain program project and operational reporting to demonstrate quality execution of project commitments (budget benefits etc.) and adherence to service level commitments. Manage relationships with external service providers as part of project execution of application support hosting. Ensure all activity is delivered in compliance with normal policies procedures technology standards security requirements etc. of C the IT department.
