Duties include shining brass cleaning floors offices bathrooms walls closets cabinetry light fixtures kitchen and associated areas etc. (to be discussed on appointment) BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB No experience required but is recommended. Must be able to work nights early mornings or days if needed. Must have a flexible work schedule. Must be able to use and climb different types of ladders. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in the heat and cold. Must be able to bend squat lift climb and clean. Must be able to reach stretch and turn body. Must be able to work with arms above your head. Must be able to work fast and efficient. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have reliable transportation. Must have a clean background. Must be friendly polite and professional at all times Must have great customer service skills Must be able to write legibly and complete work orders Must be self-motivated and eager to work Must be able to work alone or with a team.
