Assist the Marketing and Sales Department coordinating details executing strategies and achieving objectives. Include the following and other duties may be assigned. Assists customers that attend sales presentations. Attends tours that are considered not qualified in a professional manor Finds ways to save a tour If the tour cannot be saved the Resort Liaison investigates where OPC s broker s or Reservations department failed Insures OPC s Brokers are not paid for non qualified tours Return deposits for non qualified tours Research and tracks tour flow areas by developing charts survey reports complaint forms and tracking sheets Deals with difficult situations in a professional manner Assists customers that attend the sales presentation Make sure that the customers stay and complete the tour Verify daily manifest report and complete paperwork Follow instructions assigned by the Assistant Director of Marketing and or Marketing Manager...
