Solutions engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Participate and lead in client meetings including preparing slides software demos and mock-ups 2. Work with client project teams to define business problems scope and solution proposal 3. Assist Professional Service team in project implementation 4. Provide account and client support as needed 5. Work with other functional groups within the company to drive revenue goals REQUIREMENTS 1. BA or BS with 1 years of professional experiences required 2. Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team environment 3. Strong written and oral communication skills and detail-oriented 4. Prior experience in customer engagement and business development required 5. Experience and exposure in supply chain and globe trade management a strong plus LOCATION The position will be based in Acton MA. Travel up to 30% is required.
