My baby boy missing

Hi my dog dipper went missing April 9 2018 he is a brindle male Chihuahua with some white on his chest an paws. He missing a toe nail on his front paw he has some grey around his snot an was wearing either a pink or green collar on with a rainbow tag with my number on it 9892557197 he is my best friend so I rly need my dog back pls I have bad anxiety an he help me through that. He was believed to be stolen from new florence on climax road i miss him so much pls if u have or seen my dog pls contact me asap
