PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE Greetings & Salutations my fellow South Dakotan s As a candidate for your next Governor I will not and cannot ever assume or presume anything.Moreover as American s we are all presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law I vehemently believe that our system of justice works and we must place our full support and trust in our justice system so that true justice will be achieved in the end Wherefore I am proud that I am running for the office of South Dakota s Governor in 2018. I hope you all agree that the presumption of innocence is essentially important to achieving justice in South Dakota too It s also the backbone of our civil rights in America Thank you Happy New Year.
