Senior Staffing Consultant

The Staffing Consultant is responsible for implementing all aspects of the internal and external recruiting process for designated internal clients by providing efficient cost-effective creative recruiting recommendations that result in the employment of talented professionals. The incumbent will be required to ensure that technical staffing needs of Fidelity are met by finding and presenting high-quality candidates to the line managers in a timely manner. Primary Responsibilities Review and select candidates based on qualifications through telephone and personal interviews. Perform coordinating activities associated with interviewing candidates e.g. contact and communicate with candidates schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and line managers. Conducting interviews with individuals using relevant interview techniques (e.g. behavioral-focused interviewing competency-based interviewing).
