Now hiring Shift Leaders for our locations in Kansas City and the surrounding areas The Shift Manager has the overall responsibility for Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s) Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance Personally demonstrating that Customer needs are the highest priority Ensuring food safety quality and accuracy of orders Resolving Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations Qualifications The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in the fast food family dining or casual dining environment. We are looking for a minimum of 6 months to one year of experience as a Shift Leader. Background check and drug screen required.
