A local leading lift truck sales & service company is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming service request calls and turn over to the dispatch department. REQUIREMENTSHigh School diploma or equivalency Candidates must be organized able to thrive in a fast-paced environment & have excellent communication skills. MS Office & must have good basic PC skills and able to learn this company s internal business system software. DUTIES Answering incoming service requests and log all calls log in business system software. Organize and manage the activities of the service technicians in their territory while working towards meeting the departments profit goals. Will act as the main communicator between the customer territory managers service technicians and service department management. Review incoming field paperwork from service technicians and update the business system software accordingly. Review quoted repairs upon completion of the job. Handle customer inquiries and billing disputes in a timely fashion. Review quoted repairs upon completion of the job. Generate and distribute Maximum Uptime Reports to customers noting recommended repairs. Prefer candidates that have some type of prior experience scheduling and handling service calls. Coordinate schedules with external client contacts. Candidates that have prior knowledge of lift truck or automotive service plans is desired but not required.
