Optimal Health Care Inc. is looking for a Pediatric Nurse Case Manager to work with pediatric clients in their homes. Responsibilities include supervising direct care staff and monitoring client s health. Must be a registered nurse in Maryland with at least one (1) year of clinical experience working directly with pediatric clients in an inpatient facility (hospitals or nursing home) within the past three (3) years. Preference will be given to individuals with significant experience working with children requiring Vents Trac care and tube feeding. Hiring Requirements Background Checks Work Reference Checks.
