I have a 22ft prowler traier year is a 2002 comes with membership into black mountain ranch which you get the use of horse back riding full size golf course a mini golf course a library horseshoe pit large park area a play area for kids tennis court two lounges one for adults and one for teens a large gym two swimming pools one out and one in laundry room and they hold parties for kids and adults my trailer comes with two tv a dehumidfier microwave covection oven full size fridge sleeps4 has a roof over it a wood shed and tool shed I am asking 25 000.00 or obo the trail has only been on the road just to take it down to the ranch if you are intersted please call 778-991-3115 or email me at hurtyourknees(at)shaw.ca My dues are paid every 1 4 and they are 435.00 dollar US. and that includes cable and hydro and the propane averages around 45 dollars US depending how much you use
