Our client a growing fast-paced chiropractic office located in Nashua NH is seeking a high-energy dedicated compassionate Assistant. Responsibilities include answering the phones greeting and preparing the patients to see the doctors data entry and collecting and recording payments. Must be a team player with excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills basic computer skills and a willingness to learn all aspects of working in the medical office. Must have the ability to work flexible hours. Typical schedule is approximately 35 hours week. Monday Wednesday (9 00 a.m. until closing). Thursday 1 00 pm until closing. Closing can be as late as 9 00 p.m. Friday Saturday and Sunday normally closed. Some weekends and evenings may be required. Previous medical chiropractic experience is not required. Bilingual (English Spanish) is a plus. Competitive hourly rate. Local candidates only. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of any kind now and in the future.
